• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified • Prices are subject to change without notice until a formal purchase order is accepted • Orders are subject to product availability and our ability to fulfill the request • Minimum order quantities may apply for certain compounds • Custom synthesis projects require a signed project agreement before commencement

Sparge Chem warrants that: • Products will conform to the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) • Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery This warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by improper storage or handling • Products used outside their intended research purpose • Normal degradation over time Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier • Customers are responsible for compliance with import/export regulations in their jurisdiction • Hazardous materials will be shipped in accordance with applicable regulations • Sparge Chem is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
